PROPRIETIES:
BETOSTAT is a complex plasticiser plastifyingly-airentrainmently about the activity retardatory. Especially recommended is to the production of concretes of goods, transported on further distances, and especially intended to the exercise of bridge constructions and road surfaces. Perfectly it is fitted for concretes of goods usual, waterproof and frost-proof. Is priced favourably within the range protections of the steel-armament.
Basic activities of the admixture on the concrete (or mortar) are following:
- well it plastifies the concrete-mixture , makes possible the reduction of the water needs for make a mixture approx. 10 %
- retards the bond without the change of the consistency
- profitably airentrainments the concrete-mixture , improving her gettability, mixture flow, etc.
- retards the growth of the endurance in the warming-up period and considerably increases the endurance final, especially in elongated time-limits
- the waterproofness improves, frost-proof and absorbability of the concrete
THE DESTINATION
BETOSTAT makes easy the production, the transport and the arrangement of all usual structural concretes and special, in this of goods transported on considerable distances, at the elongated time of the processing, especially in the summer-period. Besides:
- makes possible the delay of the bond to several hours
- recommended is everywhere there, where exists the necessity of the elongated time of the processing, even
- at high temperatures of the environment and the concrete-mixture
- especially recommended to concreting of bridge constructions and road surfaces
- makes possible disboarding already the morrow
- in the period of lowered temperatures, on account the elongated bond disboarding becomes late, however after the end of the bond follows the dynamic increase of the endurance
- recommended to cement-mortars and to products vibro prees moulding
THE DOSAGE And GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE USAGE
BETOSTAT complies in quantities from 0,3 to 0,5 % masses of the cement, the optimum-dosage should be to fix severally, depending on the destination (on the average 0,4 %). Overdosage to 0,6 % lengthens the delay of the bond and enlarges airentrainment- it does not diminish the endurance. In the dosage above 0,7 % can be lowered by the endurance, increasing simultaneously frost-proof. Well it cooperates with all kinds of cements, and in case of the addition of ashes to the concrete.
Especially beneficial effects in the building of road-bridge obtains at the joint dosage: BETOSTAT 0,5% + SKORBET 1-1,5% (high frost-proof and the waterproofness, and low absorbability of the concrete, indispensable for the exploitive persistence of objects).
